We agree with the #1 winner! Sort of looked like something we would have submitted =)

I'm working on a marketing campaign for a small start-up at the moment. Any chance you could pass me the winner's phone number?

As a closing statement to this event: There were 39 finalists for the project (I don't know how many actual entries-we saw 10 for our business). Each finalist got $10 (38 of them) and the First Place winner got $25. The paper picked the First Place.
However!!! There did not seem to be any limit as to the number of entries a child made. Our 1st Place winner also got FOUR Honorable mentions with other companies. Five times $10 equals $50!! Double what the 1st place guy/girl got!!! Not bad for a 6th grader out here in the boondocks!

Did they check to make sure you were in school? We would have submitted for that possibility of a reward. Pretty good for the boondocks.
